Introduction
The Brazilian Power Electronics Conference is one of the most important Brazilian forums for researchers in power electronics. It is an outstanding opportunity to present our work and interact with each other, strengthening the participation of industry and academia. The 14th edition of COBEP is being organized by the Brazilian Power Electronics Society (SOBRAEP) and by the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF). The conference will be held in November 19-22, 2017 in the city of Juiz de Fora, state of Minas Gerais (MG).
The event is being organized by some professors and researchers who are associated to the Electrical Engineering Post-Graduation Program (PPEE) at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) in cooperation with the Sobraep team.
