Introduction
he “IEEE International Semiconductor Conference - CAS 2017”, 40 edition will take place in the mountain resort Sinaia, Romania between 11 and 14 of October, 2017. The conference is organized by the National Institute for Research and Development in Microtechnologies - IMT Bucharest, under the aegis of IEEE-Electron Devices Society, Ministry of Research and Innovation, Romanian Academy and IEEE-Romania Section & Electron Devices Chapter.
