Introduction

The 3rd International Conference on Wireless and Telematics (ICWT) 2017 is an annual conference series organized by the Telecommunications Engineering Research Group, School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).
The 3rd International Conference on Wireless and Telematics (ICWT) 2017 offers researchers and practitioners from universities and industries around the world opportunities to discuss and exchange their scientific and technological research result in the fields of information and telecommunication, services, applications, and networking.
For this year, the 3rd ICWT2017 is co-organized with Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya (POLSRI) and will take place at the Hotel Aryaduta Palembang in Palembang, South Sumatera. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the proceeding of ICWT 2017 and submitted to the IEEExplore. Papers in the 1st ICWT 2015 and 2nd ICWT 2016 have been published in IEEExplore and indexed by Scopus.
