Introduction

The nineteenth edition of the International Conference on Electromagnetics in Advanced Applications (ICEAA 2017) is supported by the Politecnico di Torino, by the Università di Verona, by the Istituto Superiore Mario Boella and by the Torino Wireless Foundation, with the principal technical cosponsorship of the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society and the technical cosponsorship of the International Union of Radio Science (URSI). It is coupled to the seventh edition of the IEEE-APS Topical Conference on Antennas and Propagation in Wireless Communications (APWC 2017). The two conferences consist of invited and contributed papers, and share a common organization, registration fee, submission site, workshops and short courses, banquet, and social events.
