Introduction

Business culture is growing industries in the business process, all sectors, all kinds of goods produced by the enterprise, the creation, reflection, communication, cultural phenomena characteristic of the development of business, it is human in a market economy created business the sum of material wealth and spiritual wealth. Corporate behavior and characteristics will be different in different business and cultural environment, thus highlighting the unique characteristics of the corporate culture and brand enterprises in the different regions of the formation of business cultural environment, good business culture can contribute to social and economic environment, businesses and entrepreneurs to grow . The rapid development of economic globalization and scientific and technological information provides a favorable macro environment for the current enterprises to go abroad, to the world. World economic growth has diversified into the era of interdependence able to integrate the development of diversified culture. Chinese business culture under the influence of the long history of Chinese culture, a unique form of it in a long time a profound impact on the Chinese company's growth and social progress. With the upgrading of China's growing economic clout and international status, companies and goods under the influence of Chinese business and cultural environment produced will have a unique sustainable competitive edge in the international market. To actively promote the development of commercial and cultural research and practice, 2013 Chinese Business Culture and Management Conference will be held in October 2013 in Jinan 26-27. The theme of the conference is: Confucian culture and management innovation. Conference will provide a high level of business culture scholars academic exchange platform to promote mutual exchange and discuss the latest research findings.
