Introduction

DTIS 2015 aims to cope with the rapidly progressing technology which, today, reaches the nanometer scale. The areas of interest include the design, test and technology of electronic products, ranging from integrated circuit modules and printed circuit boards to full systems and microsystems, as well as the methodologies and tools used in the design, verification and validation of such products.

DTIS 2015 will offer to participants the opportunity to follow 7 Technical Sessions and 2 Poster Sessions. In addition, participants are invited also to the following special occasions: - A Full Day Tutorial (Monday) on Security (more details HERE); - A Special Day (Tuesday) on Security: 1 Keynote, 2 Special Sessions and 1 dedicated Technical Session to deepen themes on Reliability, Harware Security and Cloud Security (more details HERE); - A Combined Full Day Tutorial (Monday) and A Special Day (Tuesday) on Security (download the event flyer from HERE); - A Special Day (Thursday) on Healthcare: 1 Keynote, 2 Special Sessions, 1 dedicated Poster Session and 1 dedicated Technical Session to deepen themes on Healthcare and Assistive Technologies (more details HERE - download the event flyer from HERE); - An Half Day Tutorial (Friday) on "The Memories of Tomorrow: Technology, Design, Test, and Dependability" (more details HERE - download the event flyer from HERE).
