International Congress on Ceramics (ICC8)

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

Thank you for your interest in ICC8. We understand that some participants are concerned about the current outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to announce that the 8th International Congress on Ceramics (ICC8) is pivoting to a fully Virtual Conference from April 25 to 30, 2021.

ICC is a unique international ceramic conference in that it is held every two years in three different continents consecutively. The purpose of this conference is to share ideas and visions of the future for ceramic and glass materials and to provide a platform for the researchers in academia and practitioners in industry to present the latest research and technology progress in the field.

Although we cannot communicate directly as we enjoy at the in-person meetings, ICC8 will be ready to welcome you with an exciting and meaningful program. We truly believe it will be a highly rewarding opportunity to explore the future directions of ceramics and their industry as well as to develop networks and friendships.

We would like to thank all who have submitted the abstracts and also the invited speakers who have kindly agreed to make presentations at ICC8. Since we will make every effort to make this conference very useful to all participants, we hope most of you will participate in ICC8 and strengthen our communication in spite of this difficult situation.
