2016 China (Beijing) International Technology Transfer Convention and International Forum on Wide Bandgap Semiconductors China (IFWS) will be held on November 15-17, 2016 at Beijing International Convention Center. International Forum on Wide Bandgap Semiconductors China (IFWS) as one of the core contents is a global high-level forum to promote collaborative innovation of the whole industry chain including materials, equipment, devices and related applications of wide bandgap semiconductors. It will be divided into multiple branches for in-depth study focusing on the latest technical progress, application requirements and integrated innovation of wide bandgap semiconductors.
